Lyle & Scott is a brand rich with history and universal works have such a diverse collection so it was only right that the two brand should work together at some point in time. Combining both of there undeniable love for classic british heritage style they have come out with a collection that boasts a beautiful combination with the past and the present. Wow. XX days until Christmas, can you believe that? Where has 2013 gone? It seems like yesterday we welcomed Pope Francis with a tuft of smoke and witnessed Miley Cyrus hump a foam finger (for what we hoped would be the first and last time). ANYWAY, we know you all are desperately trying to scramble together ideas for office Secret Santa or wondering what the hell to get Uncle Bob, again. So, we thought we'd be nice and distract you from your Christmas musings for a moment with the following announcement: Alden shoes have entered the building and we at...

Elka AW13

投稿者 2

Elka AW13 is a must this winter, but first let us give you some background to these wonderful individual jackets. Being Denmark’s foremost makers of rainwear is a hard reputation to live up to. Founded in 1958 in the Danish city of Ejnar Lauridsen, the name ELKA is derived from the founders initials EL, and the city name Karup. The brand initially supplied the market with underwear and waterproof outerwear but these days theres no disputing their expertise when it comes to rainwear. They seem to have quiet an insurgence among the streetwear scene and who can blame them. Design...

You can never have too many pairs of socks, and now - you can never have too many Ayame Socks! Here at Number Six, London we are big fans of the Japanese brand and the latest Ayame  Socks AW13 Collection. This Japanese high quality socks label was founded in 2007 in Tokyo by Aya Agaoka. Wanting to carve a niche, Aya began working with experimental Japanese craftsmen. The patterns are first created in two dimension and this is where things get interesting. The knitting machine takes over and transforms them giving extra depth and texture. We also love their use of colours...

We’ve had some fantastic new additions to Number Six, London lately and today we are introducing Tom and Hawk. A relatively new brand Tom and Hawk was founded by sisters Annette and Susanne Wirz in August 2011 in Aalen, Germany. Susanne and Annette both had vast experience in the mens casual fashion world, and feeling it was wanting, they set off on their own adventure to bring something new to the scene. Tom and Hawk is inspired by ethnical materials and edgy designs and patterns from the 80’s, a trend that is concurrent throughout each and every piece. One of our...
